Delete your Future You account

In the app

1. Open Future You and go to Settings, then Data & Privacy.
2. Tap Delete Account and follow the steps. You confirm with your username and by signing in again.
3. Your account is deleted 14 days later. Until then you can keep it by signing in, or with the link in the email we send you.

Without the app

Email support@futureyou.me from the email address of your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We never act on a request about another person's account.

What is deleted

On the deletion day your goals, journals, comments, messages and files are removed, and your profile disappears for everyone. Until then others can still see it. Group goals you run pass to another member. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, and for how long.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google keeps billing until you cancel it with them.
